President's Comments:

The club got off to a good start in January with a well attended club meeting on the 4th, and during the meeting we welcomed Seaby Bess and Floy Bess to the Board of Directors in the positions of Vice President and Secretary, respectively. On the 15th, we had a cruise to the Chautauqua Winery in De Funiak Springs FL, followed by a great lunch at Murray’s café.

In February we have 2 cruises, and both have a Valentine twist. On the 5th, the Cruisin Corvette club of Tallahassee has invited us to their annual Valentine party. Even though this is a bit of a drive, it is always worth the trip. Then on the 12th, we will be taking the girls from the Headland Girls Home out for lunch and Valentine party – this should be fun!

We have got a good start on preparations for Beach Caravan 2011, our primary annual event. Every year the event seems to improve and be more enjoyable and easier to manage, I hope that trend continues this year.

Bruce
